Arid Garcia
Arid Garcia (born Arid Jiobanny Garcia Vargas) is a mechanical engineer of Venezuelan origin. He is best known as the founder of Tracto America and the former chairman of the football club ‘Club Deportivo Lara’.〔(CLUBDEPORTIVOLARA.NET - TEMPORADA 2012/2013 )〕

Garcia began his career as manager of service distributor companies of agricultural machinery. Garcia was soon given the additional responsibility of management of spare parts and two years later was assigned to commercial management. This experience gave Garcia enough experience to found Tracto America and begin a new phase in his personal and professional life. His company quickly began to bear fruit as his customer orientated approach set Tracto America apart from other companies in the industry. Within two years, Tracto America received awards from Massey Ferguson and was beginning to lead the market of machinery farm in Venezuela. In 2009 Tracto America were responsible for over 60% of the market share and the company became an example for others to follow in Venezuela and Latin America
